All orders for Stock Merchandise received by 1:00pm P.S.T Monday-Saturdays will be shipped within 24-48 hours (or the same day if possible), except during some peak times. Out of stock, one-of-a-kind and handmade items may take longer to ship. Next day, 2nd day, 3 day select air service does not include Saturdays or Sundays. If Saturday delivery is required, please specify.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of your shipping date. We will credit your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns of worn, used or laundered merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item.
All returns must be authorized by emailing us at returns@sufferware.com.
